11. Withdrawals
I want to withdraw my appeal. What should I do?
We cannot accept telephone requests for withdrawal of appeals.
Only you or your representative can withdraw your appeal. If you wish to withdraw your appeal you should write or fax us at:

If you want to withdraw your appeal and your hearing is less than 7 days away please fax or write to the hearing centre where your appeal is scheduled to be heard.
