13. Complaints, comments and feedback

How do I complain, comment or give feedback to the UTIAC?

If you have used the facilities and services of the Upper UTIAC you can make a complaint or comment or give us feedback. You can telephone our Customer Enquiry Unit on 0845 600 0877, email our correspondence team at Customer Services (see below) or write to the manager of the office with whom you had contact.

If you prefer to write a letter this should be sent to:

I have a complaint about the UTIAC how long will it take you to reply to me?

We aim to reply to any complaint within 10 business days (Business days are Monday – Friday, UK holidays do not count as business days).

My complaint is about a judge or Tribunal Member. How do I make that?

If you wish to complain about a Judge or tribunal member you should contact the relevant Tribunal office. Further guidance for complaints concerning Judicial Office holders can be found on the Judicial Complaints website.
