This booklet describes the work of tribunals by using fictional case studies to show how people use these special courts. The booklet was produced in March 2006 and since then some of the tribunals have changed their name, but the way they work has not changed.
This booklet is best read on the screen, it was not designed to be printed from your computer. If you do decide to print any of the pages, you may find that the quality is not particularly good.
We hope that this does not stop you finding these scenarios a useful way to understand the work of the Tribunals Service.
