User groups

Prior to April 2009 when the unified tribunal come into being there were formal user groups for the VAT and Duties Tribunals and the Special Commissioners, both in England and Wales and Scotland. The user groups were composed of representatives from the main bodies who use the tribunals including HMRC.

A unified User Group for the First-tier Tribunal (Tax) will be established in the near future.
