Care & Mental Health Tribunals
The Care Standards Tribunal (CST) was established under the Protection of Children Act 1999. It considers appeals from applicants: To have their names removed from the PoCA list and the PoVA list; to have any prohibition from teaching, acting as a proprietor of an independent school or working in schools or further education institutions lifted; who are subject to a court order banning them working with children.
Mental Health Review Tribunal (MHRT) 
The first body is a Judicial Tribunal with the responsibility for hearing applications. The second body is the Mental Health Review Tribunal Secretariat.
