The Adjudicator to HM Land Registry website has been set up to assist users and practitioners who specialise in land registration issues.
The Lands Tribunal was established by the Lands Tribunal Act 1949 to determine questions of disputed compensation arising out of the compulsory acquisition of land and to decide rating appeals.
